Our Commitment

At Exclusiveoartio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stationery and craft supply purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with this policy.

Return Timeframe

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unopened stationery products in original packaging
  • Unused craft supplies and tools
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Items that were incorrectly shipped

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Opened packages of paper or specialty materials
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Workshop and class registrations

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  5. Receive your refund once we process the return

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability of stationery and craft supplies.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.

In-Store Returns

You may also return eligible items to our Cambridge location at 77 Massachusetts Ave during business hours. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation.

Store Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
